Wiring diagram SPARK PLUGS

Hope this helps. The ignition coil:

• changes low-voltage pulses from the PCM to high-voltage pulses.
• fires 2 spark plugs simultaneously.
• has 3 transformers.
  • One transformer fires the spark plugs for cylinders 1 and 5
  • One transformer fires the spark plugs for cylinders 2 and 6
  • One transformer fires the spark plugs for cylinders 3 and 4

Spark plug wires:

• carry high-voltage pulses from the ignition coil to the spark plugs.

The spark plugs:

• change high-voltage pulses to spark at the gap, which ignites the fuel and air mixture.

The firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6.

Here is the firing order diagram for that vehicle, and if the ignition wires are not crossed then one of the spark plugs might have been damaged while installing it and the spark plug gap closed on one of the spark plugs, or one of the ignition wires (spark plug wires) has been damaged, and if those wires are over 5 years old then you should replace them. The COIL PACK TOWERS are numbered : coil----3---4 pack---2---6 plug----1---5 ----------------------------------------------------------------- The engine cylinders / spark plugs are numbered : passenger side , front to rear , 1 , 2 , 3 -----drivers side , front to rear , 4 , 5 , 6 ------------------------------------------------------------------- The spark plug firing order is ( 1 -4 - 2 - 5 - 3 - 6 )

You haven't stated what "wiring" diagram you need; however I am assuming it is for your Engine:-Spark Plugs, Wires and Coils.

spark plugs do not come with wires you have to purchase them separately you have to remove plug wires one ata ime and then remove plugs but make sure you mark each wire as to which plug you removed it rfrom and also when removing from distributor cap mark the wires there as well

I dont understand why you would need that unless you took off all the wires and took out all the plugs and forgot how the wires were.I have the same truck and I always do the plugs and wires one at time to make sure I make a mistake.If this is your ploblem let me know because i might be able to walk you though it.
