I have had to Jumpstart and chargemy car battery several times. Once it has a charge it will start up and run. Once I turn car off completely, the engine wont turn over. All lights work and radio as well. 30 day old battery, starter and alternator have been tested which came out fine. So, the van will start one day with no problem, the next day it wont start without a jump start.
Most likely you've got something draining the battery. Read this post

Hi,
There has been known issues with the alternator on several year/versions of this car. If memory serves me right, there was a TSB for the alternator either over or undercharging. The TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) specifies replacing the alternator and re-flashing the PCM.(Powertrain Control Mudule).
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.

You probably should perform a fuel pressure test to see if the fuel pressure is bleeding off of the fuel rails when the engine is shut off. If it is, you could have a bad fuel pressure regulator or a bad check valve in the fuel pump module (which will require replacement of the module).
One way to test for this condition without any tools is like this:
cycle the key ON, wait about two seconds, then OFF, wait about 2 more seconds, and back ON again. Repeat his 3 or 4 times before turning the key to the CRANK position. If the engine starts immediately every time you do this, then the hard starting is definately caused by the fuel pressure bleeding off.
Testimonial: "We will keep this handy if/when the problem reoccurs. Your test procedure seems to force adequate fuel pressure and flow to the injectors prior to attempting a start by having the fuel pumps pre-load the fuel system several times. Good idea. "
