AC heats normay but when put on cold no air comes out and doesnt work.... no abnormal noises what can it be ???? pls help

please check rear blower heating control actuator.
it appears that this controllers doesnt work from cold to hot

Perform a self test on heater control head if it's electronic,... push floor and off button at the same time with key on, release, then press the auto button one time. This puts control head into self test. If you hear a clicking noise from your glove box area, probably a bad temperature blend door, also it will show a code on control head screen.post code here or Google it. Hope that helps. . Probably a bad compressor, AC is a setting that runs the air thru the condensor, compressor, and evaporator, when the compressor goes out then they whole system shuts down.

Thats a very inexpensive route to start with. It blows out cold air when you put your heat on?If so it could also be in the heating unit itself. If your car makes a clicking noise when you switch your heat over from the AC, it could be your temperature contol unit. My wifes car had that issue, and hers is a a mits Galant, but is set up the same as some stratus's.

there is a loose vent hose un der neath the dash start checking all the hoses see if they are all connected some where

most likely a broken blend door or blend door motor, the dash has to come out to replace this.hope this helps and good luck.

Hi i'm ryan, is it blowing cold air, or just won't come on at all? If its blowing cold air try checking the antifreeze level, low levels will cause it to blow cold air. If it is just not comming on at all, try checking the fuse for the heater.

You may have a clogged heater core, leaking heating cores still provide heat.
