Trace the top hose to the engine. at the end of the hose you will come to the thermostat housing bell hose connector. There will be three or four bolts holding this housing to the engine. Remove the bolts and expecting antifreeze to leak out. Remove the housing and look very closely what you see. You will need to put the thermostat back like you see it in the housing.Remove the thermostat and take it to a parts store for proper replacement and get a new gasket. Install the thermostat just like you removed it (notice for markings of arrows points up). Install the new gasket, housing, then the bolts. Note, do not tighten one bolt until all bolts are snug, this is to ensure you will not create a warp or a leak.
Refill your antifreeze bottle to its mark. Start engine, let warm up, keep check on the temp gauge while warming up.Go check for leaks around the thermostat housing. After you drive for 5 minutes recheck again for leaks and the antifreeze level in the reservoir bottle..
Follow your upper radiator hose from the radiator back to the engine. At that point remove the hose and replace it. Put it back together , fill up the antifreeze and you are ready to go.

it is probably the blower motor resistor, had the same problem on 2003 CL Type s, the fans for the A/C and heat just stopped working was the symptom . The part is only about 70 dollars.
Remove the filter lid (A), then pull out the dust and pollen filters (B).
Pull out the evaporator temperature sensor (C) from the evaporator fins.
Remove the screws, carefully separate the upper housing (D) from the lower housing (E), then remove the evaporator core (F).
If necessary, remove the expansion valve (G). Use a second wrench to hold the other fitting on the valve so the evaporator line won't twist. Leave the first fitting loosely connected so you can use it to hold the valve while you loosen the second fitting.
Reassemble the evaporator in the reverse order of disassembly, and note these items:
