Drivers side blend door actuator not working properly. replaced actuator, when plugged in before installing actuator runs constantly. Is the problem in the control board or in the dash?

Hello: I have bad news for you, if you run the actuator without it connected to the door the actuator is ruined, it will have to be replaced. After replacement the system has to have the doors (actuators re-calibrated.) re-calibrated. This is done with a Tech 2, A GM special tool.

How to replace 2000 buick century temperature actuator

First, what is the problem that you need to replace the actuator? Is the air flow from the vents not changing? If this is the problem, the actuator is inside the venting behind the control panel and is difficult to get to but is possible. Follow the hoses on back of temp controls to the actuator. There should be 2 small bolt screws to remove to change out actuator.
If this is for something else, let me know
