Was the new key programmed ? What contacts are you referring to?

What year make and model vehicle? Aftermarket or factory radio?

Your old sterio is in the can network and new sterio is not I would be putting in the old sterio and go from there

Scan with Lexi 3 scanner and get it reprogrammed.

You have a Burned Out Bulb on the LEFT side or the FLASHER has gone bad *(YES, it can only effect one side). It also controls the BLINKERS and FLASHERS TOO

hook up all your wires to the harness and the cd player EXCEPT the ground take and run both wires to the firewall or something metal instead of hooking them up together

Any honda dealer will be able to give you the five digit radio code. you will need the radio serial number. The serial number is on the bottom of the audio unit which means if you dont have it you will need to remove the radio to get it. You can also check the owners manual and see if someone has already wrote the serial # or code in it.

replace instrument lights fuse
