2005 avalon rear sunshade does not retract .Dealer pushed in by hand. a couple of months later now buzzes when put in reverse for 10 to 15 seconds all the time.

The rear sunshade will not go down on me 07 Toyota Avalon limited.

In my 2011 avalon, it's fuse 22, a 10amp fuse under the drivers side dashboard

Nothing to worry if it has started working... the fault may be with loose contact... which automatically got rectified...!!!!

On the 05 Amanti, open the glove box, take everything out, then push the box past the stops. It will drop down more and expose a wire that has spring tension on it. With one hand pull the wire a little farther out and with the other hand feed the end of the wire out of the glove box. Slowly let the wire retract - don't let it snap back. You will now see the entry into the cabin air filter. Push down on the 2 tabs and remove the faceplate. Remove the filter. Put new filter back in and reverse the above directions

Clockwise-on the rear
I would open the bleeder valve first, push piston in,then screw parking brake in.
You need to flush your brakes every couple years,anyway.
After you install new pads,ratchet brake up by hand.

you have to check the e-brake shoes. these shoes live inside the rear brake rotors. the shoes will either just need to be adjusted or possibly replaced if they cracked from the heat of driving w/ them engaged. sorry there's not a quick fix to this one

was the tranny changed by friends or the dealer. This car is picky for what fluids and mech thats done to it? Check autozone for help aswell

Open roof latch over windshild.
Raise rear of roof off of hatch
Lift little hatch tabs to access lift mechanism
Release latches on each side with fingers
Lift Hatch with free hand
Let roof fall into storage compartment
Click hatch shut.
Reverse proceedure to put back up.

No it shouldn't be dangerous as long as you have the remote startup controller. As for the power cutting out it could be a bad battery, faulty cables, or even a failing alternator.
