Trying to find out if the amp for my 2003 Toyota Sienna XLE with the JBL Sound is located inside the dash right under the stereo. If not, Best Buy will charge an additional $100 to connect a new stereo to my existing factory speaker system. I'd like to know ahead of time what to expect. (I was going to install myself, but was told by a couple of companies that the premium JBL system can make an otherwise simple installation a bit troublesome - any comments?)

Remove the under dash panel screws

I always check scan tool data for that module, to
see if there is any data,some vehicles do & some don't

Then you look at manufacture prints, before you go under
the dash

Have to know what things look like & where they are

Need to find the problem first

Then go after the correct motor/servo

fuse box. check em. (both boxes)

if you have your instructions, the best solution is to reset to factory default, the settings are designed for optimal performance and sound

The fuse block is located under the left side of the dash. The 10amp fuse you're looking for is the second from the bottom on the right side. It should be marked Tail. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help. I repalced the 10amp fuse that controls the dome lights and the wireless lock started working ..
