Check fuse 13 under the dash.... the cigarette lighter fuse is often used for the radio.
There has to be one, but it's not unusual for it to be added to another fuse cavity & not marked as such. Check any marked "acc" or "mem" too. With clock & radio being out, I would say the fuse that has constant current, both sides with key off is one that your looking for, as these 2 things need a source of constant current for memory functions, to keep time, and stations stored. That's why I recommend purchasing a $5.00, 12 volt test light from autoparts store or hardware store. You can then easily test all fuses without pulling them. A real time saver, and it won't be the last time you use it.

All the fuses are good in the fuse box. Is there a inline fuse somewhere? There is a cd changer in the trunk.
