I was driving along and all of a sudden my car lost speed, engine light and VSA light came on, the car would not accelarate, I had to stop the car and turn engine of, The car then was normal and the lights came off.. I some time feel problems in accelartion and car does not feel smooth although the car has been serviced recently. What could the problem be???

SRS = Safety Restraint System. Work all your seatbelts, make sure they snap in & release properly. If you have the system where it detects someone in seat without belt on, may be a sticky switch under seat, may be able to fix it just by sitting in seat then getting out of it, or hitting seat cushion with hand, look for things like that. Also check owners manual for location of possible air bag fuse blown. If you can't cure it, stop at shop or dealer & have it checked, just in case it is airbag not working.

Could also be tune up issues, a vacuum leak. I believe there is some sort of vacuum valve(it's been a long time since I have worked on this one) as I remember this was a common problem for stalling at idle but not poor accel, but maybe, as I remember it was a cheap fix.
But I would check the common things first plugs, wires I know that car is very sensitive to vacuum leaks as well.
Sorry I don't have the simple , THIS IS IT !, solution.

Sounds like the EGR Valve, Get the check engine light checked at your local garage or autozone or advance auto.

It may be as simple as your oil condition or oil level. If you have poor oil in your engine the VTEC system will not operate properly and when RPMs reach 2800 or so it will buck. If everything checks okay with the oil have the code checked for your check engine light/VSA light.
