Please provide CLARITY of your problem(s). There is NO way we might help unless you can type and communicate clearly, logically and sensibly. First of all, "No head lights, left... " .. .what does this mean? Secondly, what is 'anti-start' that works?
Here's the wiring diagrams of the systems you mentioned. We can't offer any solutions unless you have 'specific' problem solving descriptions of your efforts to fix those problems.
You will need to check for power & ground at each component to isolate the problem. I suggest you use a test light for power as well at a test light to verify the ground exists. Any absense of power or ground will render the circuit inoperative.

I would recommend replacing your relay. From what you have described your battery might be bad. The clicking you heard is consistent with this. Natuarally though the relay is probably cheaper to fix. Also if you're car was slow to start or was dragging when you were trying to start it, you may have a bad starter, which would cause the aforementioned

it sounds as though there is a loose connection on the passenger side. Check socket and switch bulbs from driver and passenger side. hope this helps tim
Exterior fan under the hood near firewall may not be getting the feed from the dash switch or is malfunctioned. Check for any fuses that may be blown and test the wiring at the heater core fan for 12 volt DC currant with a test light as switch on the dash is turned on
