Remove screws holding handle and other panel screws and pull on panel (it is held by metal clips) but motor may not be burnt (see help on Montana rear wiper).

Rear window wiper stop working

one of two possible problems.. (trusting fuse is ok) first is that the wires in the hinge area are prone to breakage. second is that the rear wipers are subject to vast amounts of dirt/salt the shaft of the wiper can leak into the bearings and seize them solid. i would remove the plastic tailgate cover and meter the wires off the wiper and if there is power then you are looking at the motor. hope this helps

How do i remove the rear door hatch panel for a 2003 Montana

Normally just check real close for hidden screws behind any handle at ends, all around outside of panel, if carpet, at bottom area, feel for possible hidden screws beneath carpet, the the rest should be pull clips, that release as you pull on the panel. Sometimes it will scare you into thinking something going to break & if so, look again for screws. Usually quick pull works best. try to do it when warm, so panel is less likely to crack.

When you purchase a wiper blade, the step-by-step instructions are included in the package. It will be a matter of carefully pulling up and out, then reverse the steps to install.
