Oscar. there are four phillip head screw on the glove box lid. remove then them, the whole thing pops out. A replacement is available on E-bay for about $29.00 buck. Just did my Cherokee

Remove the kick trim and lower the glovebox door. Access the wiring connectors thru the glovebox hole with the door down, just unhook. Put the door back up and access the blower motor from under the glovebox, held in by screws.
relay 13 is abs pump relay,relay 14 is abs relay
If you look at fuse box,there is a row of fuses,other end row of relays
You need to check second row relays,far left and next right
check the motor for power is all i know about the window. for the glovebox there should be a small lever in the latch that hooks something on the glovebox grab that and pull the handle that opens the box and the latch should release
