there are literally hundreds of codes that would turn on the check engine light. the track off and vsc lights come on together, indicating a problem with the traction control system. again, many different items will turn these lights on. the only way to narrow it down is to hook it up to an OBD-II diagnostic tool and find out all the codes that are listed. if you don't have one, take it to a shop

I am having a multiple cylinder misfire on my 2006 Toyota RAV4 with the 3.5L V6. Every cylinder is reporting a mifire. Each cylinder has it's own coil. I highly doubt that all 6 coils went bad at once. Does anyone have any idea what my be causing this?? Is that the problem you two are having?

what you looking at on that code is an o2 sensor, the 1135 is bank 1 sensor 1, that says which o2 sensor it is, since most vehicals, especially new foreigns have more than one, this code refers to the first one in your system so if you follow your exhaust manifold back to your pipes, the first one you see, probally right on the manifold, is the one thats malfunctioning. To change it, simply disconect the plug, and use a o2 sensor socket with a ratchet to remove it, and screw the new one back in and plug it in. Pretty simple, wish you luck.....
