The Caster should be between 2.3degreesand 3.3degrees,Camber should be between +.3 degrees to +1.3 degrees but I myself would recommend closer to the+.3 degrees and as for the Toe should be about 1/16th toed in to not more than 3/32 toe in.

Unless I'm remembering something wrong this is a very easy repair. The chrome trim that surrounds the two headlights and supports the marker lamp. This chrome trim is held on by four small but long, recessed torx screws. I think a T15 is used but please verify that. Look between the tram and the headlights. In the four inner corners they can be found. They don't stick out but they are there. Good Luck.
These sealed beam headlights have a chrome ring around the outside edge...this ring must be removed by one screw located in the ring...you can just loosen it to remove...usually located at the bottom of the bulb...when this is removed, you will see 2 or 3 springs attached to the bulb...these also need to be removed and you can then slide the bulb out from behind the chrome trim...reinstall in reverse...hope this helps.
You have to remove the trim from around the headlights first. The screws are torx and with them out the bezel should come right out. You will see a chrome ring around the headlight. There will be Philips or star screws holding this on, it's been a while but I think there is 2, one on top and one on bottom. They are short and usually very hard to get out, you may need to use Vice grips to get them turning. You will also see 2 other screws, one on the outside of the light and one on top. DO NOT turn these, they are for your adjustment. With the chrome ring off the light will fall ahead, unplug it and put the new one back in. Put the trim back on. Hope this helps.
Detach the headlight motor wire on the outer side of the headlight.
Turn the headlights off (the disconnected light should stay open).
Unfasten the 4 screws at the bezel. There are 2 at the front and 2 at the sides.

Remove the retaining spring by carefully using a hooked end tool, such as a cotter pin removal tool to move it to the side.
Remove the headlight from the aiming pins by rotating the headlight toward the center of the car.
Unfasten the 4 retaining ring screws, then remove the ring.

Remove the headlight pump from the mounting bracket, unplugging the socket as you pull it away.

To install:
Install the headlight bulb, making sure it is plugged in properly.
Position the retaining ring and secure with the 4 screws.
Position the headlight into the aiming pins. Move the retaining spring back into place.
Install the bezel and secure with the retainers.
Turn the headlights on, then connect the headlight motor wire.
Turn the headlights off. Both should lower.
Close the hood. Check the aim of the headlights, and adjust if necessary.
Open the headlight door halfway. This can be done either by turning the headlight switch on, then back to the parking lamp on position, or by the manual headlamp control knob (which is located on the inboard side of the headlight door).
NOTE: Before removing the screws from the side of the headlight bezel, place your hand under the bezel to support and prevent damage to it.
Remove the screws from the front of the headlight bezel.

Remove the Phillips head screws from each side of the headlight bezel.
Remove the bezel by pulling it straight out from the engine side of the hood.

Remove the headlamp from the assembly, unplugging the electrical connector as you are pulling it away.

To install:
Attach the headlight electrical connector.
Position the retaining ring and install the screws securing the ring to the headlight.
Position the bezel in place on the headlight assembly.
Install the screws on each side of the bezel and tighten to 51 inch lbs. (5.8 Nm).
Install the screws on the front of the bezel and tighten to 17 inch lbs. (1.9 Nm).
Cycle the headlamps, then close the hood. Check the headlight aim, and adjust if necessary.
There are 4 small screws around the chrome trim ring...they are sometimes a bit hard to get at but usually pretty simple with a flashlight to see well and a good (correct) screw driver...do not drop them...they are tiny and get lost easy...I usually remove the top two, and bend the trim ring down slowly and the buld will come out easily, then unplug the plug from the back and install and do everything in the opposite order for installation.

It is not necessary to remove the entire grill, just the chrome trim piece that extends across both head lights. Use a small flat screwdriver and delicately pry the trim piece towards you. It is held in place by several small plastic tabs that are located across the entire back side of the trim piece. Be VERY careful in doing this as the chrome piece is very brittle & easily broken or damaged. Once you have the trim removed, you will need to remove 3 bolts that retain the headlight assembly and one press-in tab. The bolts have 10mm heads. Two are located on the top of the assembly, one on the lower corner. After removing the 3 bolts, pull the headlight forward to dislodge the lower retaining tab which is on the opposite side of the headlight housing from the lower bolt toward the rear of the housing. Once you have the assembly out, accessing the bulb is simple!
This is not the easiest job to do, so it is a good idea to take painter's tape & protect the paint on the bumper & fender as well as the clear, Lexan part of the headlight assembly. Take your time, be careful, & you will get it right the first time!
You must first remove the Headlamp bezel which is the chrome trim that surrounds the duel headlamp housing. The chrome trim surround is mounted to the Headlamp mount panel with three nuts which you can only access on the inside. Pop open the hood and look on the inside near were the headlamp bulbs are. You will see the three mount nuts for the headlamp bezel. Might be rusty so first give it a shot of WD40 or similar. Remove the nuts and then you can lift the headlamp bezel from the outside away from the headlamp bulbs. The headlamp bezel only has tabs that slid into a slot on the bottom so you can lift out once the top three nuts are removed. Once the headlamp bezel has been removed you can then access the 4 screws that hold the headlamp trim ring in place which is what holds the headlamp bulb in place. There are several other screws that in the same area but they are only for adjustment of the headlamp bulbs within the housing. Leave them in place. Remove the stainless steel ring that is holding the lamp in place, and then unplug the headlamp from the back and replace the headlamp. Should take you less than 5 or 10 minutes. Dan
