Here are your dash warning lights. The lightning bolt is Electronic Throttle Control, and you can't drive without that. Not sure that your sail and sun is unless it is the Cold Ambient Derate Mode Indicator
You need a local auto electrician. you can't guess stuff like this, it needs a pro grade scan tool computer.

Will it crank in neutral ?

have battery tested if good fully charge,then check all relays and fuses.

turn the key on then pump the gas peddle slowly three times in 10 seconds turn the key off then start the engine. if the light comes back on .do the presager again.

if starts and dies within seconds replace the fuel pump relay

sounds like your trucks computer was not flashed with updates I would take it to the dealership and have them check to see if the software on the computer is up to date

itis du to the short circuit of wires.there is nothing to fear.f you need to repair it,You just go to the service center.Theywill easily fix the problem wit a hour.

under the driver inner fender is where dodge usually put their daytime runnig light moduals find it,unplug it,the lights should be fine.if you don't need it by law everything else will work normally except the high beem light will no longer work.

Does your key have a chip on it? If it does its probably the problem
