Brand new battery installed, still no power?

it's sound like you have a bad alternator. This usually recharges your battery when it functions properly but your battery would lose power if the alternator is not working anymore. Once replaced, you shouldn't have this problem. Please check with autozone or car repair company to confirm this.

I'm not a car mechanic, but, it sounds like you might want to check the fuse to the ignition switch, and, if that fails, it might be a problem with the Start Safety Switch on the transmission. Good luck.

if it is a stick shift it should have bypass switch on dash auto could be netural safety switch.try to put it in nertural and try to start it

Do you have lights now, and do you have power at the starter from the key switch ?

have the fault codes read as you may have injector problems from other sensors that are not working properly.

the controllers in the vehicle draw a small amount of power even if the car is not running, probably enough to drain a battery over a long period of time, when you store a car it is recommended to charge the battery at least once a month

think your starter motor is no good or the battery is flat ,try charging the battery for a couple of days as well

With a good quality new battery it should be fine for one year or so, type of battery is important also, conventional car batteries tend to lose around 5% of their power each month or so.
