On most vehicles there is a big "screw" slightly recessed on the the throttle body. You can use a flat head screwdriver to adjust this screw. Usually turning left raises rpm while turning right lowers. It is also best to do this with the engine running so you can hear as it changes and also it will allow you to see on the rpm guage how high or low it has gone. make sure to note the rpms before you begin.
