I have a dodge neon 1995 it recently stalled a few times while I was driving and now when I started it it was smoking out of the steering wheel

Check all your fuses on the left of your dash, just check them. You can pop your dash out and check for burnt wires. Im thinking you just blew a fuse. If you can give me more info then what you posted, I can help you out a little bit more. Ive had 3 neons now and ive had plenty of problems with them all.

1991 dodge neon

If the steering wheel was moved without the engine being on, this allows a small bit of air to get into the system. You can bleed the system which can get messy, or you can just drive it for a few days and soon enough you won't see the bubbles anymore. Driving it will actually work the air out on it's own.
