You have to take all the facia off the dash - and then pull the dash cluster out. It is a long hard job for a light bulb. When you take the dash out don't forget to undo the speedometer wire and then the wire plugs on the left and right upper sides of the dash unit.

Yes there are struts on the front and shocks on the back. 2 of each. They are around $50-100 for the fronts. $30-100 for the rears depending if the car has air ride or not.

Had same kind of problem on my '96 with 254,000 miles only it finally got to where it was not driveable at any speed. Ended up being the fuel pump in the gas tank. You've gotta drop the tank to get to it. You'll need to make sure you clean the accumulated rust and other crud out of the tank. Suggest replacing the pump AND the screen AND the fuel filter while you are at it. All together, the parts ran me about $160.

Bad Crankshaft Damper

Remove the sight shield from the fuel rail. (it's the large plastic shield that dresses up the engine) As you stand in front of the car the alternator is located on rear left side. In front of it is an electrical connector to the MAP sensor. Remove it. Press the PCV valve cover down and rotate it 1/4 turn counterclockwise. It is actully on the intake manifold. Lift the cover, the upper O-ring and the spring from the housing. Remove the pcv valve and the lower O-ring from the intake manifold.
