you need to check the fuel pressure to make sure it is holding the proper pressure. If not, you have a bad regulator. If so then check the injectors to make sure they are all spraying

Replace injector.

Dirty fuel injectors. Computer will show misfire on the cylinders that are malfunctioning. If injector cleaner in tank won't clean them, pull them all out and have a professional take them apart and cleaned. Each injector has a screen in it that can get plugged up. have you changed the fuel filter, a plugged filter can cause rough running and take out the pump if left too long

have you tried a noid light on the injectors to see if they are geting power

I doubt the regulator is bad, the fuel pressure regulator is after the injectors in the return stream to the tank, more likely it is the fuel pump.
