Tried all the resetting tips i could find, but still my 02 lincoln ls will not start, is there something i can do, this is a real pain
How old & what condition is the battery,on an LS
they only seen to last 4.5 years
Try only one Ford- approved PATS key that is programmed & you know has been working & nothing else nearby, such as a key chain
with other objects
Does the LED indicator flash rapidly or glow steady for 3 seconds,
with key in Run or Start ,if so, you got problems & will need a scan tool to get the codes,not a code reader.
Does the starter turn over the motor?
Need at least 2 keys programmed to system
You got at least 7 fuses to check on 2 of the 3
junction blocks (fuses)

Sounds like your window assembly has failed or the cable has broken. An easy repair, once the door panel is removed and the assembly disconnected from door.

One of 2 ways.......
#1) mounting screws on the exterior of the brake light lens.
#2) in the trunk behind the carpeting, usually this is the easiest way. either way the bulb is held in by a twist lock bulb holder.

ive found the easiest way to do this on any vehicle is to find a cool dry place to let the vehicle cool off, DO NOT DO WHILE HOT !! than find a pan to place underneath. ( REAL BIG PAN ) locate the hose at the bottom of the radiator that connects to the engine (its a 3 inch hose) then you loosen the clamps and pull the hose off, be very careful because the waters going to come out fast and hard so it will be somewhat of a mess. afte the coolant drains just reconnect the hose tighten the clamp and refill

Forget the four coils. That is a common problem,but I would question 4 failing.
The ABS ,Parking Brake,Speedo Etc,where nothing to worry about,you were loosing power, when it went to fail safe,so they came up.
ETC -is Electronic Throttle Control, your problem? Maybe
You will need to have a scanner put on it's,daignostic connector under the dash,to check for codes. Them only a trained technician can follow a chart or test proceedure to properly repair.
I have a 2004 LS,one of Ford most high tech and complicated vehicles.
Conclusion: only a professional can repair you car.
I would start with a local shop. If money you have money to throw away,go to a dealer.
Most likely have to wave to it on a flat bed carrier. Don't flat tow it.

ok, so fixya said i had 15 experts look at my question, but no one has an answer.. what more do i need to say? i'm sure this is not the first time this is happened. not sure what else i can say .. pulled the battery cable to try to rest, locked doors inserted key to unlock .did everything i have read on the internet, that is why i came here.Just need Help
battery good, the LED indicator flashes rapidly for say a min. then 1 flash followed by 6 falshes does that 10 times then stops. but car will not start, motor does turn over fine. i have 2 Ford keys. i have tried the 30 min. thing where you turn key on for 10 min. turn off for 5 sec. then back on for 10 and back off for 5 ... it said 3 time in 30. min. the car started. ran fine untill i shut it off, then would not start again, tried disconnecting the battery for 10 min. locked the doors, put key in door and unlocked did not work, called 2 Ford dealers, they say you can't reprogram it, all they can do it hook it up and see what coads come up. this is a real pain..
oh yea, where are the 7 fuses and the 2 junction boxes?
The dealer was not referring to programing your key,you tried that. I told you that you had to retrieve the B Codes from a professional software
