It should be under the dash on the drivers side,or on the side of the dash between the dash and drivers door. if it is not there try under the hood on the fender well.

you checked RDO fuse # 4 15 amp located in the instrument panel fuse box under the dash ? Fuse Block - Instrument Panel

Battery positive voltage is provided to the radio from RADIO AMP fuse in the fuse block - right instrument panel (I/P). The radio is grounded to G201. The radio is enabled/disabled by class 2 messages from the body control module (BCM). The BCM also allows for retained accessory power which allows the radio to operate for up to 10 minutes after the ignition is turned off. The radio can only be deactivated by one of the following conditions:

there are only two places to find that relay first is in the fuse box by the engine the other is under some second row seats just open it and check the cover, the fuses name comes in the covers good luck!
Try drivers side at the end of the dash where the door meets it.There should be another one under the hood as well to the rear of the batterie.Well happy hunting.If all else fails read the owners manual.
It is usually on the left side of the dsk, just to the left of where the drivers knee is , There is uaually a detent in the dask where you can remove the fuse cover panel
Try this..At the driver's seat open your car door all the way then look
at the dashboard end. Pry off the plastic cover...the diagram should
also be at the back of the cover.
