Even though you may have had a intermittent issue check the pcm there may be a code that will help you when/if this happens again

Testimonial: "YES, I WILL. IT OBVIOUSLY HAS SOME SORT OF PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. IM NOT THAT MECHANICALLY INCLINED. I CAN WORK ON 'EM BUT I CANT DIAGNOSS 'EM VERY WELL"

    I WILL, THANKS

diagnostics can be difficult even for the most knowledgeable that's why we use codes to help isolate problems that the pcm has detected

Engine losses power

Check your fuel pressure to make sure the fuel pump is putting out the pressure that the manufacturer requires for the motor. Auto Zone rents out the tool required to check this. Always check pressure on either side of the fuel filter as the filter may be causing a drop in pressure.

Very first thing you need to do is install a mechanical pressure gauge on there to verify what you see on your gauge. If the actual pressure is low, then it's time to start looking inside the engine. If not, then you need to trace out the electrical problem but will know the engine is safe.

While driving gauges drop and radio loses power

It sounds like you have a bad ground. check ground going to body from battery and also check the dash area for ground.
Possible ignition switch on steering column is melting/overheating.
(Switch is plastic with metal tabs. If they heat up too much, plastic melts and there is no contact.)

03 JGC losses power engine light blinks

I would start with a test drive with a fuel pressure gauge on it make sure you have spec. 35 - 40 psi. Clear codes and record all the freeze frame data in obd2 as you will need this in the diag process. 442 and 456 are evap codes I believe, do they return with the 300 misfire codes? Either way you need to reproduce the problem with the gauge on it and get the first code it sets. Could be fuel pump/filter/sending unit assy. In this case you will need to pay attention to the fuel level when this occurs. (same level as before)

Sounds like a bad ground.Check for broken connections or corroded terminals especially around the battery as acid tends to seep from them and corrode the connections.
