Someone will need to get a wiring diagram and check the circuit for a short to ground. Could be in the switch, or in the wiring harness, or moisture in one of the lamp sockets.

No idea. Maybe it is telling you to STOP replacing the fuse. Just kidding as I would have to look into it but not working at the shop today as it is Sunday.
If you keep blowing the brake fuse than you have a short in the system. Unplug the brake switch. Install a new fuse. If it did not blow than the problem is after the brake switch. Next unplug the turn signal switch, then plug the stop light switch back in and press the brake pedal. Did the fuse blow. If not than the wiring is good in between the two switches. With the turn signal switch disconnected use a jumper wire in between the light green wire (power from the brake switch) and the orange with light blue wire (power to the right brake lamp). If the fuse blows than there is a short in the right side brake circuit between the plug in and the rear socket assembly. If the fuse does not blow than jump from the light green wire to the Light green with orange wire (power to the left brake lamp). If the fuse blows than the problem is in the left hand brake wiring circuit.
I looked at the wiring diagrams and those two circuits should be on two different fuses. The shift lock solenoid is powered by the 10amp turn signal fuse and the 15amp stop light fuse. If the fuse blows when you put it in park, I would say the shift lock solenoid is the problem and the stop light fuse is the one that is blowing. The heater fan and relay are powered by a 60amp fuse and a 15amp fuse but not the stop light fuse. Its possible there is a short some where that has connected these two circuits. You could disconnect the shift lock solenoid to see if the fuse still blows.
Using a smaller fuse should make the problem happen more often. A mechanic would unplug the pump harness at the tank and check the circuit for high resistance or a short to ground. If nothing is found in the harness, I would suspect the pump in the tank.
With the fuse blowing like that very likely you have short to ground that is one of the wires to the horn or stop lights is making contact with the body of the car.
As for the gear problem, there is a solenoid that is responsible for unlocking the gear shifter when you step on the brake with the key on the run position even if not running.
According to my info, each of these items has its own fuse. ARe you saying 1 fuse keeps blowing?
If a fuse blows, it means a wire is shorted to ground or that an item the fuse is protecting, is bad.
A good way to diagnose this, is to place a 12 volt buzzer or bulb in place of the fuse that keeps blowing. This will give you a light or buzz noise. Then, you disconnect times or wire connectors until the noise stops or the light goes out. Then investiagte that circuit.
