2000 32RH dodge ram van 1500. Shifting problems. Could shift it manually after problem arose. Then wouldnt catch third. Not slipping. Clutches seem ok when in the gear. At first i noticed it when it didn't downshift into low when stopped at a light. Had to manually drop it to low when taking off. Then started not shifting into third. Manually yes. Now it wont even catch third. Also downshifting through accelerator... nothing... no gear

The accelator cable is "Y" shaped. one side goes to the carb and the other to the tranmission. If you have the carb.side too tight it will give you the problem that you are having.

Lets all get together and form a class action law suit. This should be a recall. but no body has been killed yet.Our tax dollars get to bail them out so they on keep making defective products.I wounder would they except defective money for there cars.

I also have a 1997 dodge ram 1500 v8 magnum 4x4. Idk what this is. But it bogs down going up heel and the shifting gears seems bad. It gets up to about 55-60 mph and stays, unless going down heel then it gets faster. And going up heel it gets slower. Any solutions or same problems?! Need help...
