Make sure you have as little gas in the tank as possible, unplug tank , usually up near top or tank if possible , unhook gas fill tube from fuel door area , (screws usually inside fuel door), unhook fuel lines from tank closest to the tank as possible, place jack under fuel tank and slightly tighten to tank, release tank straps and lower jack, roll out free from under vehicle and remove pump from tank, reverse process to reassemble.

SOURCE: how do i know if my '94 olds ninety-eight is

I assume you mean Supercharged. Look at your engine. If it is supercharged, you will see a large component with a shaft and pulley at the drive belt side of the engine right on top of the engine. It is usually grey or white in colour.

SOURCE: how do i remove the power steering pump on a 1992

Remove the belt, Remove the 2 bolts that hold the pump to the engine by using a socket and extension through the hole in the pump pulley. Remaove the 2 hoses. you may have to pull the pump out through the wheel well.

SOURCE: 92 olds ninety eight. won't start. was running

I would say try changing the spark plugs and spark plug wires if gas is old put in at least 5 gallons of fresh gas and change the fuel filter.

SOURCE: where do you change the flasher on a 1996

On the 1996 Olds LS. It was located on the back side of the fuse box. In other words the fuse box is located just under the left side of the steering column. It is exposed so you can access the fuses through a small plastic cover. But you can't access the flasher this way. You have to remove the whole plastic panel that runs in front of the steering column just under the dashboard. I removed three screws and lowered the panel to access the flasher. It's going to be "resting" in a small area on the backside of the fuse box. It was very simple to remove the existing flasher and plug in the new one. The operation from start to finish took about 10 minutes. Good luck and hope this helps.

On 1996 Olds Ninety Eight the driver side rear side tail lamp keeps going off. If we bang on side it will come on. How do we get to that lamp to see what the problem is or to change it.

Not postitive but you probably have to open the trunk and fo through the "back" of the light housing. Your problem sounds like a bad ground. If you're not a mechanic and/or familiar with the system, you better have a qualified mechanic check it out for you.

Where is the fuel filter located in my '89 Olds Ninety-eight

Gasoline Fuel Filter There are three types of fuel filters; internal (in the carburetor fitting), in-line (in the fuel line), and in-tank (the sock on the fuel pickup tube). CAUTION
Before removing any fuel system component, always relieve pressure from the system.
---
Check near the gas tank behind it in the fuel line.

Needing to know where the fuel filter is located on a 1991 Olds Ninety eight

It would be located towards the rear of the vehicle. Most likely either to direct rear of gas tank or front of gas tank.
