Relay and Board for fuse are working fine, But the Relay will not click and Compressor will not engage. Attached a wire to the negative of the Relay and grounded it to the car and the Compressor kicks on and AC blows cold. Whats causing it to not ground?
SOURCE: AC doesn't blow cold air, but refrigerant levels
The low side pressure seems ok the high side would help,Is your compressor cycling and is the air coming out even slightly cool?slight over charge cold effect cooling ability.I wish I could be more help. I will have to think about this one.maybe you could make sure your temp.door is actually in the commanded cold position.

First thing you should check is all your grounds, on the body and your battery connections. Also double checked to make sure you have the air conditioning on with the fan on. If this is good the next thing to do is to get a wiring diagram. Verify that there's power going into the switching and coming out of the switch. Next find the compressor relay verify that there's power going two it. If this is good use your tests light to ground out the relay. If this works find out where the ground wire goes to the computer or the wide open relay. Good luck.
SOURCE: A/C just stopped blowing cold air. Don't hear the
it could just need to be serviced. on most cars your age or newer, if it doesnt sense any pressure from the pressure switch that the system is charged it wont engage the a/c pump
SOURCE: 02 Sunfire. My ac will
So when crusing, along, you get cool air, but when moving slowly or standing still the a/c gets warm.. This is most likely due to the electric radiator fan not working.. You need to trouble shoot the cooling fan located imediately behind the radiator. It could be the fan motor itself. Find the connector in the harness, right there by fan, disconnect it and jump 12 volts to it. If it runs its likely good. Then there is probably a heavy fuse and a relay located in the electrical box under the hood. Find the problem item. Check your owners manual for description of items in elec box.
The dying at idle is probably unrelated.. (and not really my area) but it probably related to the idle control. On carburetta engines, there is usually a solenoid which pops up to raise idle when a/c is on. On fuel injected engines there is an idle control module or circuit in or by the MAF Mass Air Flow Sensor,
Hope this is helpful.
