a serpentine belt tool is really needed to do this. you use the tool to move the tensioner to remove the belt. once you remove the belt there is a bolt in the center of the tensioner not on the pulley but the unit itself. unbolt this and you can remove the old one. the second belt should be replaced if your doing one. here is a picture to aid you. hope this helps

Remove the belt and check all the pullies. the should turn freely and shouldn'have any side to side play. With the exception of the power steering pump, it will pull out alittle this is normal. Also check the tensioner, this should move back and forth smoothly and have the same tension all the way. Some to look at before you remove the belt is the alignment of the belt and pullies. They should be strasight with each other. If one looks like it is leaning it is bad. especially the tensioner. It can lean at the pulley and at the mount

remove the belt and there should be a 14 or 15 mm bolt holding it to the engine

Make sure you locate the Serpentine Belt Routing Sticker before you proceed. If not make an excellent drawing and take a GOOD Picture. Do NOT try to just remember how it goes back on Should be a 15mm wrench to loosen tensioner to remove belt. Locate mounting bolts to tensioner and remove, replace with NEW tensioner tighten bolts then use wrench arc torque about 15 degrees should snug it down, reroute belt then using 15mm pull tensioner to either side of belt to install belt in correct route. Remove all tools and body parts from engine bay. Do not start engine if anyone is in the vicinity of engine bay. Belt may fly off if you did not do it right and cause all kinds of shrapnell, if it doesn't fly off, visually inspect belt before starting and after, I would suggest being very careful before during and after starting to insure safety.

you have to either remove the entire motor or jack the motor up out of the engine cavity, be cautious with the serpentine belt, and make sure not to let any any strain hit your cv axles.
