My 300zx no trbo

3 things to make a cylinder fire: spark at the right time, fuel and compressed air. Find out which isn't happening. I once had an 85 300ZX with a V6 that had 2 cracked valves. Hard to start, wouldn't pass emissions, left soot all over the bumper right over the exhaust. Drove me nuts because I replaced all the stuff you just mentioned and couldn't figure it out until I did a compression test.

Did you test any of those parts before you replaced them ?
Have you checked the cap, coil, and distributor yet ?
The distributor has a module and a pickup coil inside that could be faulty.
Is the check engine light on ?

If not wrong this engines also need a valve lash adjustment time to time even do this littl eng. 22RE runs rough normally, try it wont hurt.

The crankshaft possitioning sensor will cause a rough idle and a slight miss it should show up on diognastics check.

I had a 1987 carburator truck and you are correct, dirt was the main issue. However, I think you may have the same issue, but in a different way. I would look at your fuel filer for starters and then run a can of injector cleaner through. If that does not help, maybe look at some new injectors. If you have 245K on this truck, I think your injectors may be tired and need to be replaced. It would appear that you have taken care of all the other issues. Another posibility is the throttle position sensor, (maybe)

It could be a couple of things. I first guess is to check the fuel filter. If it has not been changed out within 15-25,000 miles deposits that within the gas tank has restricted the flow and will cause a hesitation or very rough idle. Now the desposit could have surface close to the injectors restricting the flow. Second, tune-up ( distributor cap and button, spark plugs, wires, etc). Third, check all you fuel hoses leading (especially leading from the fuel filter) to and from the engine.If they have never been changed, I would do so. Hope this a start of resolving your problem.

if so you chould have bad rings too
first try the tune up new plugs ,oil.wires,cap,roter,oil filter

you check for miss how is compression

It sounds like its out of time move the distriutor a little bit
