Did somebody put coins or something inside it? Try putting a high power vacume up to it and seal the whole opening with the vacume end...

2006 Grand Vitara 6-Changer CD Player will not eject cds. 'Push Eject' error comes on.

this is a longshot, try unplugging it, wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in.

Cd wont eject eject button clicks for about 5 seconds but will not eject

If the CD has sat inside for long or is a burned CD it may have warped from heat and is now jambed in there. I have had trouble with burned CD's that way before. They are more flimsy than regualr CD's.

My cd is stuck in player of a 2004 chevy blazer 4x4

  • You need to wait for your car's stereo to cool down. If you used it for it for an extended period of time, it may have gotten hot and the ejection device may not respond.

  • Hold down the eject button. If you can hear the mechanical ejection noise. If your car stereo is making this noise, it is more than likely that the CD is just sticking inside the CD player and you can try and grab it with your had and pull it out .

  • Look for a hole the size of a pin on your car stereo's CD player. This hole is very small and looks similar to one on a CD-Rom drive, after locating the hole, use a pin and attempt to manually eject the CD. Now in case you have a factory stereo.

Hope this will help you out.

Hi, this saturday i tried to change a cd from my honda civic copue 2006 stereo, but the cd didnt came out, it just made some noises and a message came up, mech error... please help!!! I push the eject...

If you gently push another cd in the cd player (not all the way but most of the way) it will either eject the cd or with your other hand hit the eject button and the other cd should come out. Mine did this but unfortunately it will not load cd's now so I don't if that made it worse or if it was already going downhill :(

CD stuck in Car CD player

I just fixed this in my x-terra. I had to buy a new stereo because the rubber roller that grabs the cd was worn or something. I even took the whole thing apart and cleaned everything. This was the only fix.

    Disc wont eject

sounds strange but what you need to do is disconnect the power to the stereo by either taking the stereo out and unplgging it or take the fuse out or dis-connecting the battery. (if its a code locked stereo make sure you have the code before you do this) wait 30 seconds then reconnect it, put code in if needed then press eject as the stereo would have been reset, a pain i know but it beats ramming a screwriver in the slot
