How do i get 4 cd

I am not sure what it means by 4 CD, however I will give it the best guess.

In case you are unable to remove the CD from the disc drive , then just use a pin and put it in the emergency hole found near the tray which will eject the CD back.

If the CD sounds jammed then it's possible due to a bad lens or dirt on lens or you have a CD which is in bad condition for the CD player.
