2004 Dodge Neon. I hit a curve on the road and now there is a wire hanging on the passenger side behind my headlight anybody knows what it is?

Curves in the road are a common occurrence and cars are easily equipped to go around them. The wire could be off a number of things, but you can test by turning all the lights on, especially the low level fog lights. Also try the horn, as if I remember correctly it is located above the passenger wheel arch liner. ..

The radio won't turn on in my 2004 dodge neon

you might have a short on th eback of your fuse box.. if not tthen I would start by disconnecting the power wire to the radio. (as near the fuse box as possible maybe even the ground wire too (although it will still ground through the antenna). if the radio will work independently of the fuse box (still with a fuse in the line always fuse any electrical device in the wire route) then you know the radio isn't the problem and thus it is a wire that deals with the radio via the car. .you have to be careful that you don't damage the computer while blowing fuses. if it's the radio then off to the pick a part junk yard..

My 2004 Dodge Neon 2.0. It died after putting it in reverse and won't start?

You are guessing and guessing is expensive. You need an auto-electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer. The electronics diagnostics with give the answer to what failed when you went into reverse. I'll give you a guess, it is something on the gearbox, or a computer network failure between it, the BCM and ECM. This vehicle certainly has some issues. https://www.google.com/search?q=2004+Dodge+Neon+2.0.+It+died+after+putting+it+in+reverse ..

How do i bypass the anti-theft system on 2004 dodge neon

Here are some ways to bypass or reset the anti-theft system: 1. Insert the key into the ignition and try to start it up, it won't. Leave the key in the ON position for at least 10 minutes, you would notice that the security light blinks and goes away. Now, switch of the car, wait for five to ten seconds, and start. 2. With all doors and windows closed, put the car's key in the driver's side door to unlock it. Hold the key in the unlock position for at least 30 seconds; this tells the car that the right key is being used. 3. Disconnect both battery terminals for atleast two hours. Put the car key in the ON position and then connect both battery leads at the same time. Wait for 15 minutes, and the car should work fine.

I have a 2004 dodge neon that I pressure washed the engine in. After doing so it would run and sounds fine till it hits 4000 rpm. the it just bogs down.It wont rev over 4000 rpm no matter what I do to

You obviously got water in an electrical connector. Disconnect each one and blow it out with compressed air. This is why you should NEVER power wash an engine.

You should check the engine mounts again. Make sure you have the motion dampeners on between the engine and the mounts. Basically it's the rubber spacer you should have put on between the two to dampen the vibration of the engine to the mount. At least thats what it sounds like to me.

Codes are: P0700

Moisture has gotten into some electrical connectors when the heater core was replaced. These electronic transmissions have speed sensors and electrical connectors that do not like moisture in them. disconnect any connectors that may have gotten wet. Blow them out with compressed air. Good luck.
