My explorer turns over but wont start

yes the fuel pump is running, you know because when you put the key up and ready to start you can hear it. I know just what you are talking about I have had that same problem. It is about a $4,00 part should not be more then $10.00. So open the hood and then go to the fuse box you will want to change the fuel pump relay that is in the middle of power point and pcm power relay. Also there is another that has to do with the fuel and that is called fuel system this part is located on the right side of the fuse box and the other is on the left.

My 2000 exploder never skipped or sputerd, it ran fine but when I turned it off now it just turns and turns. No go. Its almost like it blew a fuse or the fuel pump guit. Strange

Have you Replaced the ignition module. no spark right?
Does it have fuel pressure? this is a ford then?
