clean the switches with some good dialect cleaner there's probably been spilled down in them or check your local junk yard you should be able to replace them for around 25 bucks
oh,, we'll need some more information to be able to help, The thing is you didnt specify what vibrates for example when you start and you have vibrations while idiling, while in drive and the engine kicks back rough when changing gears more than likely its and engine mount thats bad. if its vibrating while idling its the fuel rpm ration (idling screw that needs adjusted or the MAP or air sensor if its fuel injected).. If its vibrating while the ac is turned on, check the ac step-up solenoid (the switch that increases the idling speed to match the ac's needed power.) we'll love to help or point you in the right direction but we'll need some more information. Describe whats happening for us , because we cant be there in person to actually experience it our selves. If you have a vid of the engine while vibrating etc all of that will be beneficial.
remove the control switch`s and use a test light to test for power at the switch`s remember to have the key in the on posion chances are the power wire broke or vibrated off the termanal
check your tires for a bad spot or a knot. this could cause the vibration. check you switch and see if it has power. if it does maybe the a relay.could also be a lose ground wire.
this sound is caused buy bad door lock actuator, this is a loud vibrating noise it may be more than one door you would need to listen to all doors to pin point the bad one or bad ones.
Hi:
It is doubtful that the power steering pump is the cause of your vibration, but to find out for sure, remove your serpentine belt, and start up the truck and run it briefly without the belt to see if the vibration goes away. If so, you know that it is caused by a belt driven accessory..Then you can individually check the power steering pump, the alternator, and the AC compressor if you have one.
i would look at the backside of the power door lock switch for corrosion on the contacts (pins) and also the harness wires for the connector. Maybe the switch itself is just going bad.Honestly sounds like you have a shorted power wire that is touching just right with the vibration of the car. Probably is why it happens when you are driving.
Good luck
