Have you checked coolant tempeture sensor for the fan or its relay or the cooling fan itself to make sure its not burnt out and the fuse.

2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Leredo is overheating I changed thermostat also my fan is not working and keeps saying coolnd low and its full and the heat in the car will not run hot it stays cold

Sounds like some type of blockage in the system.
with the car cool open the radiator cap, start the engine to see if the coolant has flow.
Even though you just put in a new thermostat it can still be bad,I've had this happen to me a few times.
If the flow seems slow to nill you can also try removing the thermostat all together and giving that a try.
You can test the thermostat in a boiling pot of water.
If ir is totally not the thermostat then there could be a few cooling chambers blocked in the radiator.
This can be repaired in most cases by a "Rod out" at a local radiator shop.
I think the problem is more twards the thermostat for the reason you stated about your heater.
good luck,Gary.

I put a new water pump and a new thermostst and my temp still slowly rises. or it could be that the water canister could be bad i really do need the help!!!!!!

heat rises can be a number of things,, is anything blocking the air flow through the radiator, are the cells in the radiator blocked or clogged,, look in through the cap refill for the radiator and see if its rusty if so flush the radiator, is the thermostat the recommended heat range for the motor? Is the fan working correctly,, any of these could cause your problem, once it reaches the correct heat range is the thermostat opening and the temp0 drops,, and here's one that I have to add , but no reflection on your repair abilities, But I've done it ,, so I know it happens,, is the thermostat put in the right direction, make sure the spring section is towards the motor

My car is over heating. I flushed the radiator and I tryed to replace the water pump but I could not get to it.

Try changeing the thermostat.Follow the uper radiator hose from the radiator to the engine and it will lead you to the thermostat housing.Take note on how the thermostat is in the engine and put it bake the same way with the new one.

My montero keeps overheating. I put a new

These newer engines and air lock when changing the thermostat. Somewhere in the thermostat housing you should see some kind of a plug. You need to do this while engine is cool. Take the cap off the radiator. Remove the plug. You should get air out of the system. Keep letting air out as you put more coolant if needed. When all the air is gone put the plug back in and top off the radiator and you should be good to go.
