If the battery is fully charged and your getting a clicking sound when you turn the key, it sounds like you have a bad starter solenoid.

do you have the emergency four digits if so follow instructions in the website or you may have a loose solder in the transmitter which can happen when inserted into a back pocket.

First thing I would do is make sure the batter cables are secure and tight to the battery post and make sure the red cable is to the + side of the battery and black is on the - side of the battery. They need to be tight and snug in order to put out the amps needed to start the car. YOu can also put a trickle charger on the battery over night at the 2 amp setting and make sure it is charged up. I would guess one of those problems is what is causing you your grief.

any real answer yet? did the problem ever get resolved? i have the same problem with my sister's car. too cold to diagnose tonight, but will post the solution probably tomorrow. since the lights and heater works, but ignition and radio arent getting power, my first guess is there's probably a fried fusible link which controls the 2nd accessory power to the ignition switch. will post a solution soon.

Could be the security system or the neutral safety switch.

Do It Yourself Diagnosis and Repair

Switch on head lights or cabin light. If they doesn't come on or is weak, the battery is flat. Ensure that you switch off the lights.
With ignition switched on, assuming the lights on the instrument panel cames on and your immobiliser is deactivated, turn ignition to start. You should hear the solenoid at the starter making a click sound. If not, the battery is flat or the starter solenoid is faulty. If it does make a click sound, the battery could be too low to turn the starter or the starter is faulty. Assuming the immobiliser is working correctly, and the starter tries to turn the engine but it doesn't want to turn, the gasket could be blown and the cylinder filled with water, or the engine could be seized.

is the engine immobiliser light going out?its a red light on the dash.if it dont it will turn over but wont start.

The problem is there is somewhere fitted an immobiliser. This may have been over-ridden when you bought the vehicle, but because of a short or another fault it has become active again. If you know the person you bought the car from ask them, if not you'll have to call out ann auto electrician. Good Luck. Dave.
