Have you checked the 'ignition control module' more common of a problem than a 'Wiring issue between the ignition module and the ECM'?

We do not have these diagrams.

I know what the problem is. like my 93 chevry it came disconnected at the handle next to the drivers seat.

The fuse diagrams are on pages 242-245 of the owner's manual.

Hi, the computer is in front of the passenger side shock tower. See diagram and picture below.

I had a '93 Lumina a few years back and when the cruise control went out, I found that the vacuum hose had deteriorated and there was no vacuum to run the actuator (left side, where the cable from the throttle body ends). I replaced the hose (50 cents) and it worked fine again.

Below is a picture of a 93 3.1L engine vacuum diagram. There should be a label on your radiator support or the bottom of the hood that will show you a vacuum routing diagram.
It looks like your PCV is near the distributor on the drivers side of the engine compartment.
