You hear the horn relay clicking. that's a good sign! means your horn circuit is good. now find the horn (often there are two close together) at the front of car (may have to search a little-could be anywhere at front of car). Find the horn and see if the two wire connector is connected. Try unconnecting it and reconnecting-might have lost contact. If still no go, check if power is at horn on hot wire, while someone holds horn on in car. If you do have power at the horn, try replacing horn. Only one or two bolts are used to mount it. If it's only a single wire, then it's case grounded. that wire is your hot wire.

Both turn signals on my 1998 Ford Escort zx2 don't flash.

The 98 Escort is actually a Mazda 323 with Ford trim. It uses a solid state flasher relay for both turn signals and hazard lights.
The relay is behind the speedometer. My guess is the relay has died.
You can look it up online or check with your local auto parts store to get a visual.

Escort van 55 blower heater does not blow at all

I had this problem on my '98 Ford Escort ZX2.
It did not need a new blower but a $15 Blower Motor Resistor.  The wires and connectors rusted out.
