It more then likely hasn't got a senor it works by the abs unit pin 22 is the single wire it's usually gray which then goes too the clocks and ecu its more then likely a broken wire between the clocks and the abs unit. If it has a senor it will be on the right had side of the gearbox near the driveshaft. Either the replacement sensor the windscreen technician should have fitted isnt connected properly to the glass or it has developed an intermittant fault - quite common with Renaults especially megane scenics and grand scenics....
