If the freon is full and the compressor clutch is working,is the blower working, need more details, if it is, you could have a blocked orifice filter. or a bad high pressure switch located at the rear of the compressor.if the high pressure switch loses voltage or goes out, your cool air will come to a dead halt. check the high pressure switch for voltage. good luck!
If you're sure that the refrigeration side of the A/C system is working (fully charged, low side pipe gets cold when compressor is running), then it is very likely that there is an air temperature or air delivery problem inside the vehicle. Two common problems on the trailblazers in regards to incorrect temperature/no air flow:
1) If the fan is not blowing any air into the cab when you turn the fan switch on, then it is an air delivery problem. If the fan is not turning on at all, check the HVAC fan fuse to make sure it's not blown. Otherwise, the most common problem is the blower resistor (for manual air conditioning controls) or the blower control processor (for automatic air conditioning controls). The resistor used on manual controls can burn out a resistor and cause you to lose a fan speed or two. The processor used on automatic controls fits in the same place as a resistor would, but is a solid state electronic fan speed control. The processor is also known to fail and cause no fan speeds.
2) If it is an issue of blowing warm air rather than cold air when the compressor is working correctly, then the most common issue there is the temperature door actuator used to control the temperature you select on the controls. If you know someone with a scan tool that can read heating and air conditioning data, or a reputable shop, you may want to have them take a look at that. The temperature actuators can actually set diagnostic codes that can be read with a good scan tool when they fail. The only real way to tell if a temperature actuator is failing is to look at its data with a scan tool.

Turn the air on and see if it is blowing out the heater vents. if it is, you will need to check for a vacuum leak or loose hose to the blending doors behind the dash. If it is not, and the compressor is turning (clutch spins), you may have a leak that has let the freon out.
