if its clear its water from the ac unit if its red or pink get it checked coolent leak

up under the dash by the steerins columnon the right of it take the plate off below the column for a easier access

Hi this could be a very simple thing like the wheels need balancing very cheap and easy job,, failing that have the wheel bearings looked at, but most likely needs wheels balanced.
