1991 Plymouth Acclaim replaced the coil, replaced the rotary, replaced the catalytic converter, the plugs, the spark plugs, but still no spark. What should I do?

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. There are some ideas here, but who is your mechanic swapping all these parts out? Is your antitheft light on, does it have one? The number 1 reason for no spark is that the antitheft system needs resetting or a sensor has failed. https://www.google.com/search?q=1991+plymouth+acclaim+no+spark A mobile auto electrician can connect a pro grade scan tool computer and diagnose in 30 minutes. https://www.google.com/search?q=mobile+auto+electrician+near+me ..

1991 plymoth acclaim 4 cylinder and my serpetine

When pulleys are in alignment in both planes - check with a straight edge laid against the face of the pulley - the belt shouldn't come off. By alignment in both planes it means the pulley grooves should be exactly inline with each other and the shafts the pulleys are mounted on should be perfectly parallel with each other - in addition the belt grooves should be in good condition and each pulley should be round and unbuckled. In the old days it was necessary to adjust pulley alignment with shims and as many pulleys were pressed steel, a few were egg-shaped by small amounts and usually due to rough handling, some were like a buckled bicycle wheel. It is many years since those checks had to be made as part of building an engine though whenever a belt-related problem is encountered it is time to dust off the old methods. When the belt runs true it doesn't come off but there is another reason why a belt doesn't run true and that is belt chatter that is caused by a defective torsional vibration damper or crankshaft harmonic damper...

I hit something very hard with my right front rim. the tire now rubs the wheel well. What have I bent =, dammaged ect.?

Depends on what you mean by rubbing on wheel well? if the wheel is bent inwards, so when the steering is set straight ahead, the damaged wheel is angled inwards or outwards then the tracking arm is bent! if the wheel well has dropped on the damaged side then it probably is the suspension!

Car wont start

when you press the brake pedal the brake master cylinder vacuum booster takes vacuum away from the engine and that slows the idle speed just enough to trigger the low pressure oil light. Pull the oil pressure sending unit out and hook up an oil pressure test gage, if the pressure is above 15 PSI hot engine idle in drive replace the oil pressure sending unit.

Replaced alternator on a 90 plymouth acclaim and battery is good but alternator is not charging what could this be.

You lost the ground to field the alternator It could e grounded threw the ECM. if so, cut the ground to the alternator and ground it to the engine. Older models, you can do this because the ECM only grounds it, does not regulate it. If Jason's diagram matches yours, Cut the DG/dark green wire and ground it.

We have a 1991 Plymouth Acclaim and the belt that runs the water pump keeps slipping, what causes this?

Either water on the belt or it is worn out, or perhaps the bearings are getting tight and about to blow up.

How do I fix a car that only blows cold air

I doubt it's a heater core. first look in the radiator and make sure your coolant is full. not just in the overflow bottle. a bad radiator cap may not allow coolant to refill the radiator . so the radiator can be low and you still have a full overflow bottle so refill everything and drive it a few miles and see if your heat comes back.
