Reduced Power light goes off and on. Check engine light stays on.
engine power drops, check (when cold or hot engine, all the time, only up hills. when?) reduced engine power.That power lamp means the PCM sees gross errorsin sensors,etc. and is dangerous to drive so activates Limphome, (a generic name)that is what the CEL glowing means, it means literately SCAN ME now.sure TUNEUPS are all good, checked off.but you failed to scan it,that is correct. if you dont scan new carsthey are IMPOSSIBLE to diagnose.its trying to tell you what is wrong, but you do not hear it..... see?the lamps in the dash cluster all have meanings.one is the charge lamp, did it go on driving?some times called battery lamp.(wrongly)any scan tool made, modern works ok , buy one, borrow one, rent one,or get the guy at the shop to scan it.?then write all DTC errors down on paper. and ask for help.(post them?)BTW
