Why my car when i turn large light fail and the car try to turn off?

Sounds like a loose cable, weak battery, or charging system problem. Start out by making sure all battery and ground and alternator and starter connections are tight. An auto mechanic would make quick repairs out of this problem. 25314047-wng3opgl1pug32fsc4t4fc4i-1-0.jpg

Toyota corolla 2000 cigarette lighter

Check your fuse boxes - your drivers manual should show you where the fuse is located - there are several fuses that work with the cigarette lighter, one located inside the vehicle, left of the steering wheel, the other 2 located under the hood.

No need to pay a mechanic to do this, your owner's manual lists fuse replacements under "do it yourself maintenance" - My Toyota dealership quoted me $70+ to do this, when it cost me $5 to buy 5 fuses, now I have 4 spare.
Hope this helps.

2001 Toyota Corolla LE 4 door rear axle noise I believe

First thing I would do is to get a chassis lube job. Many places that do oil changes will also do a chassis lube for you at the same time. The axle bearings can get dry and do require lubrication. If left to long without a lube job, pits can form inside the bearing and will require replacement.

How do I replace the DRL photocell on Dash?

Here's the how to, and it isn't all that simple or quick...
1) Remove the instrument cluster bezel.
2) Unscrew the dash all the way around, including the screws behind the fuse box panel and the relay panel on the passenger's side. You also need to locate and remove the screws behind the A/C vents - they pull out fairly easy.
3) There are 2 white tabs for each side of the dash handle to push in and pull the handle straight out. FInding these is the key to the removal.
4) Gently pull on the shell and you now have easy access to the little black bubble to tell the headlights to turn on and off.

The estimated time for this is less than 1/2 hour - for the 2nd time you have to do it! The hardest part is getting all the clips for the front of the dash clipped back in.

When you do this repair, PLEASE take some photos and forward to us - that will help the rest of us when we encounter the disappearing photocell... Sounds like it is a likely issue.

I scan my fielder wagon and got code p0500 it is a pending code but why my malfunction light didnt come on

The simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back. Next, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the speed sensor. The location of the sensor depends on your vehicle. The sensor could be on the rear axle, transmission, or perhaps the wheel hub (brake) assembly. If the wiring and connectors are OK, then check the voltage at the speed sensor. Again, the exact procedure wil depend on your make and model of vehicle. If everything looks OK, replace the sensor.

I just scan my toyota felder wagon it has a 1nz engine i got a code p0500 it says vehicle speed sensor A, can anyone tell me where the sensor is located thanks

That should be next to ONE of the axle shafts (probably the left side), either at the wheel or next to the transaxle. Look for a device next to the axle shaft with wires coming out of it - it should look very much like the replacement one you just bought.

Replaced fule pump, starts then dies

Check tank for anything that could be causing fuel to not reach fuel pump such as dirt or debris also old parts off of old fuel pump like one time I found an o-ring off old pump floating around and it would randomly get stuck in new pump and cause aloss of fuel pressure. also replace your fuel filter just for GP. Last if none of that works you can check for fuel at the fuel rail with a pressure gauge and check injectors with a noid light. hope it is something simple and this helps

CHECK LIGHT COMING ON

The Check Engine or Service Engine Soon light or an icon resembling the engine is technically called a Malfunction Indicator Light or MIL. It comes on when your vehicle's computer detects a fault that can affect your vehicle's fuel economy and the exhaust emissions. Here are the five most common reasons your "check engine" light might come on, and what you can expect to pay for the repair, including labor, according to CarMD:1. Faulty oxygen sensorThe sensor measures the amount of unburned oxygen in the exhaust and tells the car's computer how much fuel is in the tank. If a faulty one is not repaired, the car's gas mileage could drop, since the sensor is sending incorrect information to the car. It costs less than $200 to repair.2. Loose or missing gas capTechnicians will often tighten the gas cap for free, or replace it for a few dollars. If it's not replaced, gas will evaporate from the car and decrease its gas mileage.3. Broken catalytic converterThis one isn't good news, since it can cost up to $2,000 to replace. The catalytic converter uses a catalyst -most often a precious metal such as platinum- to convert harmful gases left over from combustion to less harmful emissions. CarMD says catalytic converters generally won't fail unless a related part, such as a spark plug, malfunctions, so it's wise to keep up with the car's maintenance schedule.4. Malfunctioning mass air flow sensorThis sensor measures the amount of air supplied to the engine, which determines how much fuel should be delivered. When it malfunctions, it can result in a loss of power to the car, surges during acceleration and a decrease in fuel economy. It costs around $375 to fix.5. Misfiring spark plugsSpark plugs are small but essential, since they make the car go by igniting the compressed fuel in an internal combustion engine. Misfiring spark plugs can affect engine power and fuel economy and can also damage the catalytic converter. You can replace spark plugs yourself for as little as $10 or pay $300 for a technician to do it.Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer. Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.
