You need to locate a company that specializes in repairing car radios. They are few and far between. The only one I know of, and I'm not sure they are still in business, is Downtown Radio in Charlotte,NC. They were an authorized Delco repair facility.

No ignition spark or no fuel pressure , timing belt broke ,if it has one . There are videos on youtube for checking no start conditions

disconnect the battery and leave it for 30 mins.

he's direct feed them. which mean the battery is being used all the time and it gone flat

You now know the fuse only powers the cluster.A mechanic would check for shorts to ground at the connector for the cluster. The gauges are grounded thru the sending units.

Maybe you have blown a fuse installing new battery

remove one of the sockets and check for power ,i suspect that the link from the positive feed to the middle contact is burnt out ,common fault due to excessive use of a air pump

the dot on the crankshaft pulley notch will be at the 0 degrees on th plate ( around 2 o'clock position make sure that the hole in the cam shaft sprocket lines up with the hole in the bearing cap there is a further procedure to turn the engine over 2 turns clockwise the timing marks should line up if the tensioner spring is a green color slowly turn the engine over a further 11/78 turns and the notch on the pulley will line up with a mark at 12 o'clock to do this job it would be best if you get a workshop manual as all of this would be laid out in detail and easy to follow instructions
