no man can answer that, there is a dry system spec, that you will NEVER achieve until you install a new engine. engine size not even stated.!! ill guess. 9.8 QUARTS fro 1MZ-FE engine. my guess, this is first time, doing this? buy 50% premix, and stop when full? or mix 50 % in a bucket,

1. put 1gal in a bucket and at 1gallon of pure AF
2. bingo 50% in bucket
3. pour in to rad. burp system.
4. repeat 1 and 3 till full.

on my 2 v6 engines, that hold about 15 quarts (non,toy) i can not get the last 5 quarts out of the block , (block drains covered by engine mounts. (i measured my drained output carefully) 10 quarts cam out , (its not a Toyota , its a JEEP ) so i flushed the engine block with fresh water. so now its, 5 quarts of fresh, water there (i do that so no craap remains the block or old wrong coolant etc..) then i close up and put in 1 gallon of pure AF. i now am close to 50% in the block. 4/5 is close enough. and add 50% mix to top off. i have a fancy , gauge that measures % , and make sure im at full protection, 50% at end and next day. thats how i do it..... and done so for 50 years. im retired. in a shop , it's a fancy machine that does it all. some engines drain 100% others dont the 1st time measure output if not 9.8 quarts. bingo, do the math./

Idle control valve . You have either clean it or better yet replace it.

can you check the air filter and see if there's no valve,on the airfilter case for winter and summer.second.when you hit the gaspedal suddenly to the max,does the engine follow.?

Unplug power source and wait a minute. Hold the eject button while plugging in the fuse or cable. It should eject.

If it is power seat electric motor is faulty. For mechanical you need to spray the rails under the seat. There is the grease at any autostore or Walmart for unscrewing rusty bolts. It will be helpfull.After you do thet push seat forward and back afterwards.

when a fuse keeps blowing it can only be one of two causes. either the consumer is loading the circuit too much due to a bearing problem or rusty component, or there could be a short circuit to ground. disconnect the blower motor plug connector and turn your a/c on like normal. if it blows the fuse again, replace the blower fan motor. if not, start checking the wiring for any exposed copper that might touch the ground-negative.also inspect all the plug connectors for water damage and corrosion.

Get the ignition timing checked and adjusted if required. Also for the V6 equipped Avalon the bank-2 sensor is located on the front close to the radiator, Get it replaced if it has crossed the manufacturer's limit.

Cylinder 2 is the first cylinder on the side next to the radiator.
