Why are you looking for an oil solenoid. A misfire is only caused by two things A fuel injection issue or An ignition/firing/spark issue It appears to be a well documented issue on the Avalon. Fuel pressure regulator may not be working properly, allowing fuel pressure to bleed off overnight. Try (before going to crank position on key) turning the key on for 3 - 5 seconds, then back off. Do this three or four times. (The fuel pump will run for 3 - 5 seconds before the ECM turns it off if you don't go to the start position.) This should allow pressure to build to what is needed initially to start the engine. Now try to start normally. If this works, you need a new pressure regulator. It is located either in the fuel rail, or on the fuel pump itself.

This is how to reset the alarm Roll up all windows exit the car lock all doors with the remote, then wait ten minutes, unlock the door using the key, that will reset the alarm. without remote I found this, have no idea if it will work, but worth a try!!

Check the power at the fuse box with a test light.check if the is power at other components.check fuse able link under hood near battery arn,t blown,check switch at brake pedal has power.

Try stepping on the brake with the key on.

That model vehicl has quite a few problems with the locks, check whether there has been a recall for this safety related issue before posting here

Check your am fuses. That and the alternator fuse. Had to replace those on a camry and then everything powered on. Should be like an 80 or 100 amp fuse. May look ok, but could be split so that power isn't flowing.

You need to check the charging system (alternator).

Sounds like a loose or corroded connection at the battery!

It is mounted on top of the the fuel tank. You will need to remove the rear seat squab (lower) and you will see the electrical connection and screwed down mounting of the pump

1100 to 1300 is normal on a cold start. May want to see if a vacuum leak has developed or if the throttle plate is sticking open when it is cold.
