which fuse control the panel lights also when in drive the light that should show drive in the dash does not light up it lights up for all the other gear lastly the odometer can be read during the day time but at night you cannot read it the panel does not lit up

My sister had a RX300 with the same problem,(VSC--ABS ) there is a hose on the back of the air filter housing that has come loose ,it is in a tight spot ,they plugged the hose back up and the lights were not on,I do not know about the alarm,

It depends on which system you have, there sometimes a BOSE CD Changer inside the Trunk, mounted UP under the read horizontal.On some radio's, they are internally... so you just eject each one.

your fuel pump has failed, probably.

The seat belt may just be twisted inside where the gears are at the shoulder. I had a belt jam up on me that way. I tugged on it for days before it came loose.

I think the first step is to replace the relay. If that doesn't work I'm not sure where to go from there. This is a strange problem.

my battery drain indicator lamp is lit on my 2000 Toyota Camary. i checked the battery and have 12.5 volts when not running and 14.5 volts when running with lights & heater on. since all my other gauges are working ok i'm not sure if its a fuse or what fuse. can you help. altenator shows 14.5 volts when running.

Usually a sign of blow-by which is when the oil is getting past the rings or valve seals. You could have a problem with the PCV system too.The PCV valve draws crankcase fumes into the intake and fresh air into the engine from the air cleaner. If it is blow-by there's not much you can do about it short of rebuilding or replacing the engine.
