The throttle body has to be removed from the intake air chamber, then the IAC valve can be removed and cleaned using a brush and a can of air intake cleaner, removing all carbon deposits so the rotating valve can move without sticking.

Plugs and wires, air filters are a good start, and fuel filter. If this doesn't help consider checking the psi on the fuel pump.

One side or both? There are fuses for the left and right high beams in the underwood fuse block. They are 10amp fuses. If those are good than I will need to know if you have daytime running lamps or not. You will also need a test light or volt meter. on some cars remove gas tank others the pump mabey in trunk or under rear seat so it depends on pump location

I would start with a tune up: Spark plugs and wires, Air filter, Fuel filter, Oxygen sensor. Also maybe try using a concentrated fuel injector cleaner through your fuel system and start using this product regularly following the directions on the product label. Good luck!

I believe what you are looking at would be the starter solenoid. For the cost, you may want to replace the starter with the solenoid - depending upon the vehicle.You really should inquire on that.
